Eileen Hinds is a highly skilled, experienced and qualified professional in Leadership Development. With over 35 years of success across a variety of settings and industries, including schools, local authorities, as well as public and private sectors, Eileen brings much to her work with businesses and individuals alike.

Eileen has held a number of senior leadership roles in education, local authorities and now leads 18 Consultancy. She holds a First Class Honours degree from Durham University, and is a qualified and certified Executive Leadership Coach (ILM Level 7).
